Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, and you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to purchase, and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Pricing & Availability
The price is in AED and is agreed at the time the contract is made. We try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods, which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Payment
We usually ask for full payment of goods at the time of your purchase or before delivery, however a separate credit agreement will be made in some circumstances, all balance payment is payable prior to delivery by us. We accept payment methods as cash, bank transfer, cheques, credit card and debit card. Cheque payment is subject to realization.

The goods remain our sole property until full payment has been received by us at which time title passes to you. You will be responsible for the care of the goods once you have received delivery of them.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Return for the items we have delivered requires its original packaging and unused condition together with wrapping and delivery note within a week of delivery. We will offer replacement or a refund. A handling charge usually around 600AED will be deducted from all funds. Refund will be done within 14 working days.

Force Majeure
- any event which is beyond our reasonable control;
- the unavailability of raw materials, components or products; and/or
- power failure, industrial disputes affecting any third party, governmental regulations, fires, floods, disasters, civil riots, terrorist attacks or wars

If we become aware of a force majeure event which gives rise to, or which is likely to give rise to, any failure or delay in us performing our obligations under these terms of sale, we will notify you forthwith, and those obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event We will take reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of the any force majeure event.
